Enquiries and valuation requests

The contact and valuation forms request identification and contact details, together with property information you supply, to handle your request and respond. Required fields are marked; other fields are optional. The necessity of each field and the legal basis for these processing activities await review.

They are prepared for POST submissions to Netlify Forms. Submissions are disabled on localhost. Actual receipt depends on deployment configuration and must not be enabled until this information is complete. The website does not store these personal details in localStorage.

Demonstration property enquiries

Listing enquiry forms remain demonstrations. Their fields are checked in the browser without sending or storing requests. They are reset when the form closes. Use fictional details for testing; a viewing request does not confirm a booking.

Optional commercial communications

The separate checkbox lets you indicate whether you wish to receive commercial emails from 33 houses about properties and its real estate services. It is unticked and is not required to make an enquiry. This stated commercial purpose relies on that consent, not on a general acceptance of the privacy policy. No campaign tool is connected in the project.

You can withdraw consent by emailing info@33houses.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Before starting communications, choice recording, recipients, retention and the unsubscribe procedure must be verified.

Email, phone and WhatsApp

When you contact us through these channels, you supply contact details and the content of your communication. The actual providers, their terms, retention and possible transfers still need to be completed. Do not include identity documents, sensitive data or unnecessary third-party personal information.

WhatsApp links include a prepared message and, depending on the link, a reference or your favourite titles and URLs. Opening them accesses the external service, and the prepared URL may be communicated to that service along with technical connection data. You decide whether to send the message to the advisor; the website does not send it automatically.

Favourites and browsing

Favourites are stored in your browser as property identifiers, without registration. They are not sent automatically or used by website code for tracking or advertising. Filters may appear in URLs and browsing history. Hosting technical logs and their terms require verification in the final deployment. More about local storage.

Retention, providers and transfers

Retention periods or criteria for enquiries, emails, conversations and copies, and the final list of recipients and providers, have not been confirmed. Netlify Forms is the recipient planned in code, not confirmation of contractual configuration or receipt. No assertion is made that data remain within the EU or that there are no international transfers: these points await verification.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by contacting info@33houses.com or writing to the address above. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (opens in a new tab).
